Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu!

It is our pleasure to inform you that we have scheduled our Annual Picnic for 2024 as per our academic calendar. We hope through this event the ultimate objective will be fulfilled while we will all gather as family members on this holy land of kingdom on the stipulated day. The details are given below for your kind consideration:
Picnic Date: Friday, 05 January 2024
Venue: Al Arabi (Asfan)
Time: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
BISESJ students will be charged an amount of SAR 40/head whereas SAR 60 for each of the family members. Pertaining to transport, an amount of SAR 10/head for students and SAR 20 will be charged for family members. Attached with this message is the link for the location of the venue and the Activities to be held at the venue (The charges for the activities are not included in the prices mentioned above).
The circular along with the consent slip regarding this has been distributed to the students in the school
All payments in this regard must be settled with the school accounts by Tuesday, 02 January 2024 the latest.
Buses will leave BISESJ campus by 8:30 am sharp.
